This course will provide an in-depth study of Grant Morrison's work and particularly the anarchist and occultist flavor of his comic book The Invisibles. The questions we will engage in the term include: How does Morrison's craft shape the way he characterizes/envisions anarchism and occultism? How do graphics novels constitute a generous and/or limited space for anarchism and occultism? All of these sources will be available for free to download.
