Course Title- Imaging Haiku

Description- This course would be both praxis and study- I would like to explore the history
of the haiku form and its continuing relevance in contemporary life-
Japanese concepts such as 'yugen' and 'mono no aware' will be among those surveyed-
I would also like to attempt calligraphic renditions of haiku in English with course-takers.
