Aikido and The Principle of NonViolent NonResistance

This is an introductory course to basic Aikido techniques of Self-Defense. Aikido practice transforms social relations based on power, control and frontal clashes between opposing forces into liberating and creative expressions of vital energy.
Required equipment: Judo Gi or loose sweat clothes.

Schedule:Course will meet three times per week for one hour. Time to be determined in consultation with students.
Location: Place to be determined in consultation with students.
